St. Paul’s National School is located in the heart of Collooney village, just outside of Sligo town. The school caters for local children and families from the surrounding areas. School transportation is available through Bus Éireann. Contact the school for more information on bus routes.

There are three spacious classrooms and a General Purpose Room which is currently being used to accommodate our fourth classroom. We have a large playground consisting of a sizeable grassy area, basketball court and a shelter. We also have a school garden and raised beds for our budding gardeners. 

At St. Paul’s, we aim to provide a welcoming and safe learning environment, in which each child is valued and encouraged to reach his/her full potential. In January 2023 our new Principal, Clodagh Redican was appointed.
